In the course of operating the service, the following categories of data are processed:

• account identifiers (email, user name, gender, age);
• photos uploaded by the user to their personal photo library and profiles;
• profile texts (bio, category) and the texts of reviews of other users’ profiles;
• the texts of questions submitted for AI review;
• technical data (IP address, user-agent, session time — for security and analytics).

• providing the functionality of the service (creating profiles, receiving reviews, writing reviews);
• authentication and maintaining the session;
• generating AI reviews based on profile content;
• moderating uploaded content;
• improving the operation of the service.

Processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data-protection law (GDPR): on the basis of the consent given by the data subject at registration (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the legitimate interests of the data controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To operate the service we engage infrastructure providers (hosting, photo storage) and an email-delivery provider for registration messages and review-ready notifications. Data is not shared with advertising or analytics services.

The service's tools run on the Claude models of Anthropic PBC (United States). To produce a result, the photos and texts you submit to a tool are transmitted to that company's API and processed on its servers. Under the terms of that API, the transmitted data is not used to train the models. Without this transfer the tools cannot work: it is an integral part of the service, and consent to it is given when you use a tool.

The data is processed and stored on servers outside the European Union. The European Commission has issued no adequacy decision for that country, so the level of protection may differ from the European one. The transfer rests on the explicit consent you give at registration (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). You can request deletion at any time through support — photos, texts and the account are removed in full.

Account data is stored until the user deletes their account or until automatic deletion in the event of prolonged inactivity.

• to obtain information about the processing of their data;
• to request the rectification, restriction or erasure of their data;
• to withdraw consent to processing at any time;
• to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

The user may at any time delete their account and the associated personal data through the settings of their personal account.

The service uses technical cookies necessary for the operation of the authentication session. Analytics cookies are not used.

The data controller is the operator of this service.
