Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the Imagick service — a platform for receiving feedback on photos and profile descriptions from dating apps. By registering on the service, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy.

The service is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. Registration by persons under 18 is prohibited. By registering, the user confirms that they are of legal age.

• registration is carried out via email with a one-time sign-in link or via connected external services (Telegram);
• the user is responsible for keeping access to their email secure;
• one user — one account; the creation of multiple accounts by a single person is not permitted.

The following may not be uploaded to the service:

• pornographic material and sexually explicit content;
• material involving minors;
• material that infringes the copyright of third parties;
• material containing personal data of third parties without their consent;
• insults, threats, incitement to hatred, extremist material;
• spam, advertising of third-party services.

Uploaded material undergoes automated and manual moderation. The service reserves the right to remove content and to block accounts for violations.

When writing reviews of other users’ profiles, the user undertakes to provide constructive feedback and to refrain from insults, humiliation and toxic behaviour. Violations are subject to moderation.

The service is provided "as is". The service is not liable for decisions the user makes on the basis of the reviews or AI reviews received. The quality of feedback from other users depends on their goodwill and competence; an AI review is an automated recommendation and does not replace professional advice.

The service is operated by the data controller.
